Flirting: By all means flirt with him. He may or may not flirt back depending on your methods. I'm okay with his privacy being compromised, but be prepared for his possibly scary reaction depending on when/how/if he's snuck up on.
Intimacy with this character: Yes! Real intimacy will take build up, unless possible canon stuff to fall back on, but Takeshi is a very physical guy so hugs and simple things like that will make him happy.
Kink ListLimiting this character's physical autonomy: This could be really
bad for his mental state. It's happened in canon a few times and it's not gone well for him. I'm not saying no, just saying it would take discussion and planning.
MENTAL Privacy: If you're not bothering very much, Yamamoto's brain is kind of like a park. Nice and cheerful, you'll get a lot of physical things like how much he hates the bagginess of his jumpsuit, or he's got an itch, or he wants to get up and
do something rather than continuing to listen to this lecture, not the brightest guy on the ship, seemingly.
If you're trying harder, you'll notice some other things. Like he knows the positions of every exit in the room, every person and every visible, some not so visible weapons or potential weapons, and it's not that he's looked and plotted for them, Yamamoto just knows on instinct what's dangerous and what's not.
Keep going deeper, and you'll hit this scary clear determination and sharpened
genius for physical activity and not just that,
killing activity. He's a natural born hitman.
